Britney Eschelman is a Contributing Writer & Editor specializing in travel and lifestyle. Previously, she spent nearly four years as Hotels Above Par’s full-time Senior Editor, authoring over 400 stories and shaping its Instagram voice. She studied media design and journalism at CU Boulder—where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the university magazine—before moving to NYC’s East Village to kickstart her career. Now back on the West Coast and based in Los Angeles, Britney remains on the lookout for design-forward boutique hotels, restaurants, and bars with a great vibe. When she isn't researching her next hotel check-in, she’s likely testing a new recipe, catching up with family on the phone, or ordering a very cold, very dirty gin martini.
